The session will focus on how to use text messaging to communicate COVID-19 vaccine information with underserved patients, and will feature Dr. Oguchi Nkwocha, CMO at Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas, sharing more about CSVS' use of CareMessage to drive patient engagement during the pandemic.
We'll cover:
- Real messaging templates that health centers are using to share vaccine updates, including availability and recommendations amidst the Delta variant
- Collecting data on vaccinations and vaccine hesitancy
- Scheduling dose appointments and patient education on vaccine safety and symptoms to tackle myths and misinformation

HOW TO REGISTER

Registration is required for all CPCA training and events. You will receive two email communications immediately upon registering. The first is simply a receipt.
