With the onset of the COVID pandemic, health centers were tasked to quickly shift from providing in-person care to telehealth. Many health center staff and patients had to learn tips and tricks on conducing a telehealth medical visit.
This session, geared towards medical staff who provide patient care via telehealth, will give an overview of how health centers have implemented telehealth and what they are learning from staff and patients regarding continued success in providing healthcare. Participants will hear lessons learned and best practice for continuing to understand patient and staff experience in the provision of telehealth services.

- Identify best practices to support success of telehealth medical care
- Use lessons learned from health center colleagues at health centers to advance telehealth.

Registration is required for all CPCA training and events. You will receive two email communications immediately upon registering. The first is simply a receipt. The second from customercare@gotowebinar.com and will contain webinar access information.
