DATE: November 16, 2020
TIME: 11:00 - 12:00 PM (Pacific)
In large part due to the effects of COVID-19 on the health system, the US is experiencing an alarming decline in vaccination rates across the lifespan, putting individuals of all ages at risk of contracting vaccine-preventable diseases. Vaccines remain one of the best primary care investments to prevent infectious-disease and stay healthy.
As health centers grapple with ways to safely operate vaccine clinics, especially in light of the pending 2020 influenza season, we need to address how to effectively message to patients the importance of vaccinations and the precautions health centers have in place to keep them safe.
In this webinar, Pfizer Vaccines will review how they have refined outreach and engagement messaging to patients for age-appropriate vaccinations. St. John's Well Child and Family Center will discuss how they have operationalized the partnership with Pfizer to increase their reach and close care gaps.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Learn how health centers can develop effective messaging campaigns for age-appropriate vaccinations.
- Hear about resources Pfizer can provider to outreach and engage with patients to encourage vaccinations.
- Peer Network with health centers around successful outreach and enrollment strategies.
