CPCA Salary Survey

The CPCA Compensation and Benefits/Salary Survey is conducted annually online to provide information in detail on compensation structures for executive, clinical, and administrative positions for California’s primary care clinics. It allows for regional and statewide comparisons of compensation levels and benefit policies of California’s community clinics and health centers (CCHCs) serving uninsured and underinsured populations throughout the state. CPCA partnered with Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. and the CPCA HR Peer Network to provide support in the development of CPCA’s annual salary survey.

2016 Salary Survey Report Now Available!

Thank you for your participation! Between August and October 2016, 124 responses were collected from community clinics and health centers regarding 84 positions. The 2016 statewide and individual complimentary reports were distributed by Gallagher Surveys to participating community health centers in December 2016. If you are a survey participant and did not receive the reports, please contact survey consultant, Thomas X. Cummins, at Thomas_Cummins@HRADV.com. The statewide report is available online for purchase by non-participants at the CPCA store.
