CPCA Annual Conference
CPCA provides this annual informative and empowering program for our membership, partners, and collaborators to enable attendees to learn from one another and honor those who have been instrumental through the year in addressing the serious healthcare concerns facing California's uninsured, low-income, and minority communities. This year's 900+ attendees will include key decision makers and leadership from hundreds of health centers across the state.
Health Center Executive Leadership, Operations Personnel, Medical Directors, Clinicians/Providers, Clinical Leadership, Care Team Members, Policy and Legislative Advocates, State & Regional Primary Care Partners, Health Center Board Members and other CHC key decision makers.

*In order to register at the discounted student registration fee, you will need to submit copy of your current transcript showing full-time student status to firstname.lastname@example.org otherwise your fee will default to full conference price.

Advance registration is required for all CPCA training and events. In order to ensure you receive all important communications and materials which may be made available in advance, please register before Monday, September 25, 2017. All registrations after this date will have to be processed on-site at the registration booth.
