Scholarships
Apply by September 4, 2008 for a CPCA Annual Conference Scholarship
- Stipends of $300 will be provided to eligible applicants on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Applicants must be staff from current CPCA member clinic organizations.
- Only one application per clinic organization is allowed and only one scholarship per clinic will be awarded.
- Applications for the scholarship are due by Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 5:00 pm.
- Applications must be completed online by clicking on the link below.
- Applicants will be notified of their application status via email on Thursday, September 11, 2008.
- Stipends will be awarded via reimbursement following the completion of the annual conference. Reimbursement forms and supporting documentation must be submitted to CPCA by October 24, 2008.
