CPCA is establishing CPCA HCCN Connect, a marketplace of prequalified vendors that will provide technical assistance and training to participating health centers. The Marketplace will support five HCCN focus areas:
- Data Management and Analytics
- Data Exchange and Interoperability
- Data Modernization
- Value-Based Care
- Artificial Intelligence
This RFP is not intended to result in a single vendor award. CPCA plans to qualify multiple vendors across one or more focus areas. Participating health centers will select qualified vendors for specific engagements. Vendors accepted into the Marketplace will remain eligible to participate through the current HCCN period of performance, which ends July 31, 2028.
Interested vendors are invited to review the CPCA HCCN Connect Marketplace Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit a proposal using the links below. The RFP includes details about the project need, scope, timeline, requirements, and submission process.
