Strategic Workforce Planning Program

Strategic Workforce Planning Program logo

Forecast and plan the workforce your organization will need to succeed in the future. CPCA’s Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certification program is based on Human Capital Institute’s industry-recognized SWP certification program but tailored to the unique needs of community health centers. The online program is delivered in bite-sized sessions over the course of several months so health center staff have sufficient time to apply what they learn and get feedback from their faculty advisor and peers. Participants can expect to strengthen their network, gain in-depth knowledge on strategic workforce planning, and receive a certificate of completion.

Schedule

This program is broken down into four phases over the course of several months to ensure that content is digestible and builds upon each other. This program offers 34 total hours of live instruction with one 1.5-hour session per week. All sessions will be recorded.
