Strengthening the Safety Net: ACEs Screening

            In support of improving patient care, the California Primary Care Association is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
 
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, the California Primary Care Association is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. The number of continuing education credits social workers completing this course will receive is 1.0.

Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs. The number of continuing education credits psychologists completing this course will receive is 1.0.

Strengthening the Safety Net: ACEs Screening and the Path to Sustainable Enhanced Services

California’s safety net providers are navigating a rapidly evolving landscape of Medi-Cal – CalAIM, ACEs screening and response, federal and state changes, and more. Health centers have opportunities to integrate ACEs screening into routine practice, expand enhanced services such as enhanced care management, dyadic care, and others, and create sustainable pathways to support these services. Join us for a one-hour capstone webinar to learn promising practices and tools from health center and safety net leaders. This session will highlight strategies for building sustainable, mission aligned enhanced services in health centers.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds for cancellations within 10 business days of the event
  • Cancellations before that deadline may receive a 50% refund if submitted in writing to training@cpca.org
