The Uniform Data System (UDS) is a standardized reporting system that requires health centers to provide annual information about their performance and operations. The UDS is used to assess the impact of the Health Center Program and to promote quality improvement through data-driven methods.

The annual training will be conducted virtually in a 2-part webinar series as outlined below. Participants should plan to attend all sessions for a full and comprehensive understanding of the complete UDS report.
          - Wednesday, 12/4 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Pacific)
          - Friday, 12/6 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Pacific)

Attendees will develop a comprehensive understanding of UDS reporting, covering patient profiles, clinical services, quality care indicators, operational and financial tables, and other essential UDS forms. They will also be introduced to the new 2024 reporting requirements and gain insights on successful submission strategies. Additionally, attendees will receive valuable resources and guidance to support their reporting efforts.
