TRAINING FACULTY
Joelle LaGuerre, Faculty, Human Capital Institute
Joelle LaGuerre is an HR professional with nearly 15 years of experience in workplace learning and development. A trainer and facilitator by trade, she is a dynamic presenter with an evident passion for adult learning and career and professional development. Joelle began her learning and development career in the non-profit sector in her hometown of Miami, Florida. Since then, she has worked in various training and organizational development roles in private industry, higher education, and the federal government. Most recently, she led the learning and development function at an AM Law 100 law firm in Washington DC, where she now resides. She is now an independent consultant—a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP)—most passionate about helping organizations and teams to plan for the strategic development of their employees. Joelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Oakwood University as well as a graduate certificate in Leadership Development from George Washington University. She is also a certified MBTI© administrator and a certified True Colors facilitator.
FEES
There are no fees for participants in this cohort thanks to generous support from HRSA - a $3,500 value!

Cancellation Policy: Effective 11/1/21 - No refunds will be available for cancellations that are received within 10 business days before the start date of the event/training. To receive a maximum refund of 50% of the registration price prior to this deadline, all cancellations must be in writing and submitted by emailing training@cpca.org. Substitutions of registrations in lieu of cancellation is encouraged.
